Pokémon with Multiple Forms Explained

Many Pokémon exist in more than one form. Regional variants adapted to different environments, alternate formes triggered by items or conditions — these forms often have completely different types, stats, and move pools. This guide covers every major category.

Regional Variants

Regional variants are Pokémon that evolved differently due to the unique environment of a specific region. They share a species name but differ in type, appearance, and often stats and moves.
